Perfect for families but not a steal
The spa was open past midnight, a lifesaver after our late arrival, you can't put a price on that kind of relief! The little store in the lobby was great, having snacks handy since there were no nearby stores, that was smart!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The WiFi needs serious upgrades!!! A small gym and pool would enhance the experience!!! The walk from the station feels longer with luggage, and clearer transport info would be helpful!!!

Rooms are huge with a private bathroom, big bathtub, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The onsen is amazing with multiple indoor and outdoor baths. Saunas. Free shuttle to Maihama station and walking distance to DisneySea. Breakfast was good with variety. Very comfy stay!
